Leave @ Junction 7 -M6 Motorway, follow A34 towards Birmingham, at Scott Arms junction turn right onto Newton Road for approx. 1 1/4 miles then take the right filter lane just past Malt Shovel Public House to Pear Tree Drive.rooms:The rooms are of a very good standard, they are traditionally decorated and in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Bathrooms are clean and well designed and are mostly white tiled.restaurant:The restaurant is situated at the back of the hotel next to the popular bar area. It serves a mix of cuisine including some local favourites and European dishes. The hotel serves an excellent full breakfast.exterior:The exterior of the Hotel is quite modern, it is low rise and is situated in a leafy green suburb of Birmingham.lobby:The lobby is medium sized and welcoming. It has some seating and a coffee and snack area. Coffee water and juice are available throughout the day.general:This modern hotel is situated in attractive grounds about 5 miles from the centre of Birmingham. Due to its easy access to the city centre and distance from the M6 this is a great alternative to a city centre property. Highly recommended.
