The residence offers a group of 9 individual villas, some of which have 2 floors and all have their own swimming pool with garden. They are all individual with different furniture. Location The finca is located in Torret de Baix, the quiet residential part of the Binibeca tourist area. All the villas are less than 2 km from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches in 2 areas (Binibeca and Punta de Baix Prima). It is about 12 km from Menorca Airport. Rooms The villas have one or two bedrooms with a double bed or two twin beds, individually regulated air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a living room with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. Each villa has a large furnished terrace with a barbecue area, large garden and private pool. The en suite bathrooms are fitted with a shower and bath. Each accommodation unit also contains a safe, washing machine and ironing set. Sport Each villa has its own outdoor pool and a well kept garden. They are close to the white sandy beaches in the south of the island. Binibeca is located less than 2 km away, where there are several companies that specialise in diving and it is a popular area for fishing and jogging. Notes It is absolutely necessary for guests to inform the finca of their arrival time.
