The Balaia Atlantico Aparthotel is approximately four miles (or a ten minute drive) to the east of Albuferia on Portugal's Algarve coastline. Occupying an attractive location surrounded by local flora, the Balaia Atlantico is only one and a half miles or five minutes in a car from the nearest beach, Olhos D`Agua. There are 138 stylish apartments set in attractive gardens with a central lagoon shaped pool and a spacious terrace that is furnished with loungers, parasols and a convenient bar serving drinks and snacks. The interior is modern, with a great use of bold colours and elegant furniture. Each apartment is not only stylish but also well equipped with a kitchenette, lounge, satellite television, air conditioning and a private balcony or terrace. The Balaia Aparthotel's restaurant has a chic feel about it and serves great Portuguese and international cuisine that will appeal to most peoples taste. The hotel operates an air-conditioned shuttle bus service through to 9 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round. In the evenings the shuttle bus will make two stops on its route into Albufeira, the first at the Oura Crossroads (The Strip) and the second at Albufeira Old Town.
