There are guilded pillars and large chandeliers. It is laid out with marble.This brand new hotel is an excellent luxurious property in quiet location, a resort hotel in a large city, not known for beaches and countryside, which is however exactly the aspect of Marseille this hotel offers. The fascinating Calanque, the white cliffs which limit the east end of Marseille are close to the hotel, and of course the beaches. Restaurants and shopping centres are also close by. ( 0708/ss )
